Basic Yoga Poses


Working with the physical body through basic yoga poses
creates a more grounded experience,
creates strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. 

Beyond this, stuck energies
can begin to heat up and move.
Body and mind come into relationship in this practice. 
One cannot be engaged in the problems
when mind and body are focusing together. 
One gets a break from the stress of unresolved issues and patterns. 
One feels better via some time on the mat,
concentrated and moving
in new ways,
developing physical alignment. 
The physical body
directly translates, communicates, transports
to the emotional and mental bodies. 
These bodies are interconnected
and always affect one another. 


There are many aspects to health, healing and the art of taking good care of ourselves.  
Yoga asana being one of those,
for which i am a trained teacher and dedicated practitioner,
having a consistent yoga practice since 1994
